With the sun threatening to break through and the clouds disappearing Manley decided to take a break and enjoy the little things in life. With a spring in her step and summer in the air she relived the joys of Dublin taking a spontaneous trip around the capital - and in true Manley style, she dressed for the occasion!

Right so, I'll hop the Jerry Lee ...next stop... city centre.

First stop, Christ Church. Manley wonders: “Does my butress look big in this?”

She soon get’s over her insecurities and hit’s up Leo Burdocks … Traditional Fish & Chips since 1913 I hear you say? I suppose it would be rude not to she thinks.

Though Manley struggls with the famous cobblestones, she takes time out to enjoy the delights of Temple Bar!

Manley decides to cross the Liffey to see what the North side of the city has to offer …

Manley gets pictures at every possible angle with the spire, buy’s her banana’s on Moore Street and even manages to send some postcards from her trip home. She really is making the most of this day out in Dublin!

Manley fancies some retail therapy so straight to Arnotts, Ireland oldest and largets department store, she goes. A store so big has so much choice, but staright to the Manley rails she goes! Go figure.

Manley think’s the Dublin Bikes are the perfect match for her Sian Dress so on she hop’s, wind in her face and heads for the south side of the city to see whats on offer.

Tha cycling is thirst work, so Manley takes some time out for a tipple and a toasy in Grogan’s.

A quick tipple and a toasty in Grogans ... a girl must refuel.

Manley is feeling the stress. After much searcing, she has finally found Molly in her new home.

Manley decides to take a stroll down Grafton street to work off the toasty. Soon she finds herself in Stephens Green feeding the ducks. Can this day get any better she wonders?

Manley has saved the best for last. Last stop before she boards her train, Manley takes a tour of the Guinness Storehouse. Heraring the Gravity Bar does the best pint in Dublin, Manley made sure to take the taste test seriously. Already having sampled much Guinness around Dublin today, she thought to herself, My Goodness, My Guinness.

All good things must come to an end. With that Manley starts on her journey to Heuston Station. With the glorious weather, Manley thinks to herself, today I’ll walk. And that she did, stopping only briefly for smize by the Liffey.
